You’re going to see samples of what students around the world have written on their Dream Banners.
You need a piece of paper and something to write with–a pen or pencil.
- Fold your paper in half the long way and then unfold it.
- At the top in normal size handwriting, label each side. Write “YOU” on one side and “NEW” on the other.
- If you’re using a phone, make sure it is vertical (the way you usually hold it) and lean it against something if you can so you have both hands free.
YOUR JOB is to find and write down two things.
#1: YOU: Write down a phrase (short group of words) or line that says the sort of thing YOU might write. “I could have written that!”
#2: NEW: Write down a phrase or line that says something you never would have thought of writing. “I never would have thought of that!”
–> You can write down more than one phrase for either of these if you want. You can screen shot if you don’t have enough time to copy the phrase.
Let your group leader know when you’re ready. They will take you to a page where you’ll explore a collection of Dreamline Banners together.
