Jeffrey Harlan, Director of Dreamline and the Founder and President of Cloud Cloth Education, created the Dreamline program when he realized that a critical missing element in schools is dreams. A 30-year veteran educator, Jeffrey’s deep understanding of children and schools has informed his work creating programming that is supported by, not driven by, technical innovation.
Before creating Dreamline, he developed online curriculum for organizations such as The Annenberg Center for Public Policy, The Please Touch Museum, and the Rosenbach Museum, and he created a first-of-its kind start-up company for online homework, scheduling, and communication. To date, Jeffrey’s work has directly impacted students, teachers, and communities across 37 countries and 42 states of the USA.
Jeffrey holds an MA in Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
Amber Lewis-Zakuto, Operations Assistant, brings extensive business systems and data experience to Dreamline. She organizes program, communications, and scheduling, facilitating Dreamline’s current growth phase. Amber has years of experience in the credit report industry, a marketing background, and is currently engaged in her own initiative of developing a credit app to address the needs of Black and Brown youth. She is a graduate of Temple University where she majored in in Advertising Research and Strategies.
Camille Baechler, Lead Dreamline Youth Mentor, has an extensive background in mindfulness–along with a passion for program creation that changes lives. She organizes Youth Mentor initiatives, helps develop program, and leads online sessions with youth and adults. Camille graduated from Bryn Mawr College where she majored in sociology and English.
