STAFF & WORKING BOARD

Jeffrey Harlan, Dreamline Founder, Board Member, Program & Operations Director, and CVO (Chief Vision Officer) ,  created the Dreamline program when he realized that a critical missing element in schools is dreams.  A 30-year veteran educator, Jeffrey’s deep understanding of children and schools has informed his work creating programming that is supported by, not driven by, technical innovation.

Before creating Dreamline, he developed online curriculum for organizations such as The Annenberg Center for Public Policy, The Please Touch Museum, and the Rosenbach Museum, and he created a first-of-its kind start-up company for online homework, scheduling, and communication. To date, Jeffrey’s work  has directly impacted students, teachers, and communities across 37 countries and 42 states of the USA.

Jeffrey holds an MA in Education from the University of Pennsylvania

Daniel Arboleda, Operations Administrator

Daniel brings strong administrative and community building experience from various arts organizations to the Dreamline team to manage the technical, communications, and business process elements of Dreamline’s operation. Daniel recently finished an M.M. at Temple University.
