Jeffrey Harlan, Director of Dreamline and the Founder and President of Cloud Cloth Education,  created the Dreamline program when he realized that a critical missing element in schools is dreams.  A 30-year veteran educator, Jeffrey’s deep understanding of children and schools has informed his work creating programming that is supported by, not driven by, technical innovation.

Before creating Dreamline, he developed online curriculum for organizations such as The Annenberg Center for Public Policy, The Please Touch Museum, and the Rosenbach Museum, and he created a first-of-its kind start-up company for online homework, scheduling, and communication. To date, Jeffrey’s work  has directly impacted students, teachers, and communities across 37 countries and 42 states of the USA.

Jeffrey hods an MA in Education from the University of Pennsylvania.

Camille Baechler, Dreamline Program Manager, brings administrative and operations nonprofit experience at Warrior Writers to the Dreamline team–along with a passion and talent for program creation and implementation that changes lives. Her team leading includes coaching youth regional volleyball for young women in Philadelphia, and she has an extensive background in mindfulness. Camille graduated from Bryn Mawr College where she majored in sociology and English.

Serita Lewis, Dreamline Community Engagement Associate, is the former Community Outreach Director of March for Our Lives Philadelphia, a longtime community organizer for social justice, former Programs Coordinator at University of Pennsylvania Wharton School’s Office of Admissions, and the founder of UrbanSeek, an event services program that integrates history, fun, social impact, and diversity.

Grace Bridy, Dreamline Creative Design Associate, is an experienced outdoor education leader and educational programming developer. Grace’s experiences include leadership roles at Camp Adventure Academy in Walsrode, Germany, managing staff and directing high ropes education. She has also initiated and developed the afterschool program for St. Mary Interparochial School serving students in grades K-8 in Philadelphia.
