FEATURE STORY
Rebuilding with Morocco

The Dreamline program has longstanding relationships with educators in Morocco. After the devastation of the earthquake we reached out to see what we can do collectively. We have a direct connection to the Ministry of Education as well as to educators on the ground. Here’s what we came up with …

Sending Money Where it Counts
Consulting our contacts in Morocco we’re offering two ways to give – one, hosted by Dreamline, for creating and sending Dreamline kits to Moroccan schools, another for sending general support. Both are recommended by our Moroccan Dreamline community leaders.

Hands-On Action

Taking a page out of a successful program we ran after Hurricane Sandy, we have launched a Build With Morocco Banner activity to engage students and create a direct connection between our community and our Dreamline community in Morocco. It will take about 2-3 class periods in the next month. We’d love to send a very very long line of Build With Morocco Banners.

And if you have not see it already check out the recent TikTok Tuesday post by Dreamline’s founder and Program Director Jeffrey Harlan. He talks about how our dreams change when we feel connected to others, when we are connected to something bigger than ourselves. That’s what this is all about, and we hope you can be part of it as we begin this exciting new year together.
PROGRAM PROGRESS
THIS YEAR’S DREAMLINE
We are very excited to launch this year’s Dreamline programs!

We are pleased to introduce Hope Rising, with an entirely new program interface. Designed for any age group, it provides step-by-step guidance and linked resources for a 90-minute workshop or 3 class period activity. This program is offered as a gift to the first 40 teachers and leaders of youth organizations who register for the subscription.

We are also very pleased to continue to support and offer Dream Path SEL. Its 10-20 hours of robust instructional programming powerfully supports the development of Social-Emotional Learning skills and integrates an assessment tool measuring changes in student empathy, belonging, agency, and prosociality.
