WELCOME to SESSION 4

CREATE

Welcome to the fourth session of the Dreamline pilot program! In the third session, we looked at the news, things we want to change in the world, and ended with a vision of the world inspired by an invitation dream of a new future.

TODAY, you begin to move in the direction of that dream by creating your Dream Banner. Welcome!

“HEARING THAT”

GRATITUDE CIRCLE ACTIVITY

Science shows a direct connection between gratitude and hope. *

The object of the activity is to warm up your imagination and gratitude by meeting the challenge.

  1. The STARTER begins by saying something they are grateful for.

    example:
STARTER:” I feel grateful for the flowering tree I saw outside my window this morning.”
  2. The NEXT person says, “Hearing that, I feel grateful for…”

    example:
“Hearing that, I feel grateful for the roses my mother grows in her garden.”

  3. Continue around your circle as much as time allows.

NOTICE

Hold fast to dreams
For if dreams die
Life is a boken-winged bird
That cannot fly.
Hold Fast to dreams
For when dreams go
Life is a barren field
Frozen with snow.
